New Year’s Message
Happy New Year! My hope is that you bring in the New Year with hope and excitement! Let God bless you in new and unexpected ways.
The beautiful song says, “It's a new season, it's a new day. A fresh anointing is flowing my way. It's a season of power and prosperity. It's a new season coming to me.”
I believe in 2012, we are going to experience God in a more powerful way, with a more open heart and a more open mind! GOD WANTS TO DO A NEW THING IN YOUR LIFE! Let God reveal His promises for you. Remember, there are approximately 6,000 promises from God recorded in the Bible, and each one was carefully written down for us. They’ve already been established as reality for us. We read in 2 Corinthians 1:20 that “all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen.”
Isaiah 43:18, 19 Do not remember the former things, nor consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a NEW THING, now it shall spring forth; shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness and rivers in the dessert.
Today I say, Do not dwell on the past. Change your focus – quit looking behind and start looking ahead. Leave Egypt and conquer your Promise Land! Don’t live in captivity any more. Be set free.
I greatly encourage you to take some time today and pray with your family or by yourself in a devotion and new dedication unto the Lord. We must tap into God’s Promises which are in His precious word… reading them, speaking them and listening to them. We must do everything with God’s power to get the word in our hearts. When you do, the fulfillment of God’s promises will come into your life!
My wife and I want to wish you a very blessed New Year’s Day, and we hope 2012 brings you many new promises to your life.
