Joanelle Nuñez serves the church in many capacities, including working on the praise and worship team, serving on the women’s ministry board, and serving as church treasurer. She has spent most of her life in ministry, and she enjoys helping out wherever she is needed. Joanelle’s desire is to see more souls won for Christ.
Joanelle is married to Pastor Josh, and they have a beautiful son, Joel. She is also the daughter of Pastor Frank and First Lady June. She has taught at Gateway High School for nine years, and she says that teaching is one of the hardest, but most rewarding careers. She holds a BA from the University of Denver in English and Spanish and a MA from the University of Northern Colorado and the University of Salamanca, Spain in Foreign Language Teaching - Spanish. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and scrapbooking.
